If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of PHP 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
