Very nice stay with the family
we stayed for a few days with the family of four. It was excellent, the room nice, clean and quiet, and we enjoyed the beautiful pool. Breakfast had a lot of varieties, and everybody found something he liked. Staff is very friendly and attending, always here to help. Access to restaurants and cafes within the complex means you never run out of food and snacks. Airport pickup, check-in and check-out was a breeze.

The room was beautiful and clean, and my family really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back!

Affordable Stay,Helpful Staff
Hotel looks a little old from the outside compared to the 2 other hotels in the Hann Cluster but affordable and you get to access the same casino and cafes. Hotel staff are very accomodating. Rooms are clean and cozy. Relaxing and quiet. Enjoyed the pool. Gym smells a little stuffy tho. Many restaurants in the vicinity, you don't need to go out to eat anymore. Check in and check out by Dan is seamless and quick. Valet, security and concierge are helpful too.

Pleasant weekend
Upon entering the hotel, we immediately felt welcomed. It was our first time staying there, yet our nervousness and anxiety instantly faded.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. Special mention to the front desk staff, Ms. Cyrel—thank you!
We stayed in a Premier Family Suite, which was located on the top floor.
The room was just the right size for four adults. It had a shower room, a mini kitchen and dining area, a small living room, and a balcony.
As expected, the room was neat and tidy.
After settling in, we tried the pool. The deepest part was about five feet, and it had a mini waterfall beside the slide.
The breakfast buffet was my favorite part. The food was beautifully arranged on the counters and was refilled almost instantly.
My favorites were the vanilla muffin, scrambled eggs, fried rice, sweet potatoes, longganisa, and oatmeal.
The staff were also quick to replace the cutlery and reset the tables, ensuring that the next guests had clean utensils and a well-prepared dining area.
We only stayed for one night, but we will definitely be back and hopefully stay longer next time.
