Great hotel

Me an my fiancé stayed here in December 2022(sorry for only just writing this review). The room was huge 2 big beds.The room was clean and cold from the air con. We stayed for 15 nights it cost us about 300 pounds it was well worth it. You have to go upstairs to find it as its above a small indoor market. You are just across the road from the market and just around the corner about a 3 minute walk you are on the pier where at night you can get BBQ and beers and its very cheap. I would highly recommend staying here the staff are great and very helpful.

Worst Hotel in Naval - avoid at all cost - look elsewhere

Worst Hotel in Naval - avoid at all cost - look elsewhere. They start power tools (drills, saws etc) at 7:30am in the morning. Just crazy and have zero respect for their guest. You cannot hear each other talk in the room due to noise from 4th floor - guys upstairs. Completely disrespectful. As well as zero hot water in the room. They lie at the desk and state they have hot water. They don’t! Highly recommend you walk up the road to ‘TJ’ and have a much nicer experience! Avoid Benjamin Hotel at all cost. It has not improved over the year’s. Now it’s hit rock bottom.

If you're looking for a cheap hotel room to sleep in, then this is for you. It is very spacious even if you book a single room,, with TV and AC. It is located at the center of the town. It has basic amenities, with a shower but don't expect a hot shower since it's only cheap for backpackers. I only have one issue, the toilet has a very strong pee smell and they didn't clean it. I hope they will clean it next time since this room is a good deal.

Room Stay at the Center of Town Proper

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip in Biliran. The location is at the center of the town proper. Very accessible to the market, restaurants, church, terminal and port. Although you need to climb the stairs since its rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the building. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even sent back my power bank to Manila when they found out that I left it under my bed. Rooms are clean. AC is cold.

One fine island - Biliran

A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located above ground, and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. The fresh water dispenser, Wifi, and air-conditioning were all very welcome! Hot showers would be welcome. This is an excellent Hotel to use as a central base for exploring the entire island of Biliran, be that the surrounding mini-islands, rice-terraces, waterfalls, mountains, and/or volcanos. Most forms of transport are available from the adjacent port.
