A breeze of amazing hospitality!!
Words cannot express my deep appreciation to all of your staff, from the front desk with ROD, KRISTELLE, MARIELLE, EARL, & ABCD. Your bell hop who were ARCHIE, ELDIN or EDWIN, to your very hard working staff in your breakfast buffet, the morning of July 21, 24 and 25th. Especially KIM, JHONHEL, JENNY, ADRIAN, JOJA, JHIMUEL, IRENE, KATH, VINCENT and BEN. I also want to thank your awesome team of security, most especially K9 THOR.. OMG, the best part of the greeting.. the hospitality and kindness is beyond exceptional. Seeing people not thank your staff whilst they go out of their way to make their stay or breakfast enjoyful, makes me angry that you all go without any kind of gratitude.
The only con I have was that Room 209 had an uncontrollable noise issue during any kind of meeting from your conference room. This is something you cannot control, but being in that room and trying to take an afternoon nap, was hard to do. Thankful for your front desk staff for their kindness of changing our rooms. The beds can use some kind of pillow top due to its firmness. But I do love how you have hotel slippers, laundry bags and dental/vanity kits. Great little touches like this, make your guest stays more comfortable. Also, being able to walk right across the street to Ayala Abreeza mall, is very convenient. There was also an on-site bar outside that made it fun for nite caps..
My family and I have stayed numerous times in your hotel when we come to Davao from California. My parents stay there when they visit from Bohol. We love our stay there and again, we thank all of your staff for their kindness and hospitality. We cannot wait to stay again someday and will definitely recommend to our friends if they come to Davao.
