YATAI never disappoints! This was my fourth visit to Yatai Luxury Spa in Pasay, and ever since I discovered this place, it has become my go-to comfort spa. Every visit has been a wonderful experience, and the quality of their service has always been consistent.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm welcome. The private locker area is well-maintained, the buffet is delicious, and they serve fresh fruits, refreshing drinks, and even freshly cooked Chinese food. They also have a spacious cinema, a quiet sleeping area that’s perfect for resting and recharging, as well as a sauna and jacuzzi.
The massage therapists are highly skilled, the facilities are spotless, and the restrooms are always clean. Every staff member is friendly, polite, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable, making the entire experience feel truly first-class.
I also want to give special thanks to the owner, Ms. Rusky. She is incredibly kind, humble, and thoughtful. Even as the owner, she took the time to personally greet us and make sure we were enjoying our visit. She even treated us to a complimentary hair treatment with a relaxing head massage. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me, especially because of my health condition. It made me feel genuinely appreciated and made my day even more special.
It’s rare to meet an owner who is so hands-on and sincerely invested in her guests’ experience. It’s clear that she leads by example.
Thank you, Ms. Rusky, and the entire Yatai Luxury Spa team, for always making every visit such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Yatai Luxury Spa to anyone looking for a place that offers not only excellent facilities and amazing massages, but also genuine care and exceptional customer service. ✨
