Nice stay, but room service needs improvement

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the reception staff were cheerful and helpful. However, there were some issues with room service; I ordered breakfast and the order arrived incomplete, and when it was completed later, eating utensils were not provided. Overall, the stay was good, but the room service needs some improvement.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there was a delay in room service. I ordered breakfast and part of the order was missing. When the missing items arrived later, no cutlery was provided, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the room service could be improved.
