Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of ZAR 30000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. A damage deposit is required for all bookings at the property. In addition, valid identification must be provided for all guests staying on the premises. Only the registered guests listed in the booking will be permitted on the property, and the total number of guests must not exceed 10 individuals at any time. If this guest limit is exceeded, a penalty fee of R1500 per additional guest will apply. Prior to check-in, guests are required to review and sign the policy guidelines and house rules. Compliance with these rules is a condition for the stay.
