Very convenient location near the railway station. Very clean room, not large but perfectly fine. Shower over the bath (screen did leak a bit). Clean towels daily if required.
Breakfast was good, €11 if booked the day before.
Easy 10 minutes walk to the airport bus stop.
10 minutes to the Old Town with plenty of restaurants

An excellent city hotel right near to just about everything. Ideal to walk into the old town, the more modern shopping area and also the rail and local transport

Great experience and perfect location. The staff were very helpful, and the room was comfortable and very clean. Definitely recommended. I’ll stay here again on future trips to Bilbao.

Excellent location, easy check-in and welcoming staff. Nice touches in room (shower cap, extra toothbrushes, tissue pack). Beds were comfy and overall we slept very well at this hotel.
