Buena estancia

Muy buena ubicación , con aparcamiento cerca. El hotel está muy limpio y la atención por parte del recepcionista fue bastante buena. Habitacion comoda sin pretensiones y buena ducha. Cuentan con un bar donde degustar buenos desayunos a buen precio, se puede ir andando hasta el monasterio de Carlos V. Si fuéramos por la zona repetiriamos

Nothing special

Quite disappointing. Although it is clean, has wi fi in rooms. But in such a small village, being just along side the main road means noisy nights due to traffic. Breakfast is very, very simple! What I enjoyed though was being offered a sample of Pimentón de la Vera (known also as paprika) as I paid my bill. Which, by the way, I had to pay in advance.

Tomadura de pelo.Muy mal y excesivamente caro

Se publicita como hotel con encanto.Es un desencanto por ) la fotografiada terraza es una terraza normal junto a la carretera 2) La habitación es de estilo remordimiento.fea,fea.3)te asomas al exterior y ves un enorme muro, un gran tubo ,un contrafuerte y sientes mucho ruido, así que ante tan agradable vista tengo que bajar la persiana hasta abajo 4) en el baño de dejan tapones para oídos..mal rollo.
Encima vamos al día siguiente a Cáceres y un hotel 4 estrellas céntrico que incluye un súper desayuno cuesta sólo un euro más que el hotel del desencanto y sin desayuno..

Para ir sin prisas

Servicio muy amable , pero lentisimos, la comida sosa muy sosa.
Los callos son de cordero,con un sabor y textura raruna, prescindibles.
Croquetas si estaban buenas con mucho jamón, pero hechas de mas.
Patatas revolconas sosas otra vez con mucho ajo.
Las hamburguesas muy buenas.

Hotel para no descansar por el ruido

Tienen un problema claro de ruido en las habitaciones, que lo deben conocer bien ya que suministran tapones de oído entre las escasas amenities del baño.
El ruido en las habitaciones posteriores por las máquinas de aire acondicionado es muy molesto.
Pero si además estás en las habitaciones de delante, encima del bar y la terraza, tienes un doble problema de ruido.
La música del bar la tienen alta hasta la hora que quieren. Llamamos para protestar y nos dijeron que la apagaban a las 00:30 h. Como pasada esa hora seguía, volvimos a llamar y no nos cogieron el teléfono. Me parece una falta de profesionalidad grave y sobre todo de desatención total al cliente.
No lo recomiendo en ningún caso.
