Disappointing Stay –No Drinking water Substandard Facilities and Lack of Basic Amenities
Major Issues:
No Drinking Water: Most importantly—and quite shockingly—the hotel does not provide drinking water in the rooms. This is a basic human necessity and a standard expectation for any hotel stay. Having to go out and source your own water just to stay hydrated in your room is unacceptable.
Substandard Dining: Both breakfast and dinner were very poor. The selection was extremely limited, the quality of the food was lacking, and it felt like very little effort was put into the catering.
Lack of Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the rooms was below par. I noticed dust in several areas and the bathroom didn't feel properly sanitized. It gives the impression that the housekeeping standards have slipped significantly.
Uncooperative Staff: Whenever I approached the staff for assistance, I found them to be cold and unhelpful. There was no sense of "hospitality" here; it felt like any request was an inconvenience to them.
Other Observations:
Maintenance: The property is visibly dated. From scuffed walls to worn-out furniture and thin pillows, the entire place is in desperate need of a renovation.
Value for Money: Even at a lower price point, the lack of basic care and maintenance makes this poor value for money.
Verdict: I would not recommend staying here until management takes serious steps to improve hygiene, staff training, and the provision of basic room amenities. There are much better options in Castellón that understand the fundamentals of guest comfort.

Very bad in every aspect
We went to the hotel for a graduation trip and the stay was, for the most part (if not completely) terrible.
To start, the food was frozen, there was very little variety (only pasta, cold croquettes, or pre-frozen fried chicken) and the breakfast was nothing like what is shown in the hotel images; the buffet was not even a buffet, as you could not freely take what you wanted and the variety was, just like in the other meals, practically nonexistent (there wasn't even a packet of ColaCao).
Moreover, most of the staff (but not all) were unpleasant; they always had a disgusted look on their faces and often responded without enthusiasm, complained about the noise without even having it, and were quite inefficient (as soon as we arrived, we saw that our room was missing a pillow and we went to ask for it; they said they would bring it later but didn't even write it down, and we had to go down to ask for it again; even so, we had to wait another 2 hours until they finally brought it to us) not to mention that there were times when they were not available at the reception (we left the key inside the room and went down to ask for another, but there was no one there and we had to wait at least an hour outside our room in the middle of the night until someone appeared at the counter).
It is true that the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the walls seemed like cardboard (the people in the next room could perfectly hear our conversations), one of the lamps was broken, and many of the areas were filled with mosquitoes (a girl was bitten all over her leg during dinner).
In conclusion, in these three aspects (food, staff, and facilities) the hotel has been a complete disaster and it should be seriously reconsidered whether it deserves three stars.

Disappointing.
The worst thing is the food is a buffet but you can't try what you want them to put it on and only one plate first, one second and dessert but on the same plate you can't mix a little of the two dishes that they consider second or first. Besides little variety.
But the worst part is that the food is very bad without taste and everything grouped with me felt bad in the stomach.
