Best location and great value apartments
We returned this year after trying elsewhere on the island last year. It’s a lovely family run complex and we’re having a wonderful relaxing stay early in the season. The apartments are comfortable clean and basic, comfy beds and the showers have been refurbished, don’t expect frills but you will get wonderfully friendly staff and a super relaxing stay in the heart of Fornells. Hired car so we drive 30 minutes to big supermarkets ( these include Lidl and Aldi) for all the basics at low cost. Perfect getaway.

Accommodation WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING and noisy at night
I liked the Great accommodation near the port and downtown
However:
1 NO AIR CONDITIONING while it is indicated that there is air conditioning in the accommodation, this is not normal, we paid for accommodation with air conditioning!
We spent several nights getting very hot in the room even though it was late May. On the spot I was told that the air conditioning was seasonal and that it only worked from June but for me in the description it is not specified in any way this, so one can consider the description of the apartment is false.
2 On the other hand significant noise of garbage trucks that discharge containers around 1am every night under the window of the room overlooking the street
3 Apartment that smells of sewers, it is very unpleasant
4 Stayed 8 nights, we came to clean just 2 days before our departure on our request made well before.
I do not understand all these positive reviews and that no one complains about the lack of air conditioning and noise every night!

SUPER GOOD PLACE
For a very reasonable price , an apartment in super condition with 2 bedrooms overlooking the sea and pool. The staff is charming and attentive. The sea is less than 50m away. be careful the swimming pool hours are quite short from 10am to 7pm.

Ideal weekend break.
We stayed here end of August/beginning of September for a long weekend.
Beautiful family run, self-catering apartment in the quaint village of Fornells.
The apartment had everything we needed for our weekend.
On arrival, the hostess was lovely giving us a guided tour of our apartment. She was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
We had a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, and balcony looking over the beautiful pool.
Our children (7 & and 11 years) had a brilliant time in the pool. Perfect for young children.
Directly opposite the complex is a sectioned off swimming bay. With lots of beautiful fish to watch while snorkelling and swimming. The area of Fornells had lots of areas for "wild swimming."
Next door to the apartments is lively restaurant open all day serving drinks, food, ice cream. Delicious tapas.
Highly recommend this place for couples, families, girls/lads weekend away.
Top tips for families.
-on the way from the airport to apartments stop off at a large supermarket. Local shops are great but very expensive 5-6€ for cereal.
- local restaurants are lovely and the most delicious food however no children menu. Children are expected to eat what the adults are eating.
- local shops have got alternative/free from produce, but many restaurants do not cater for free from. i.e., sausages/hot dogs have cheese.

Ideal location
This case fully meets expectations. One is quiet but around the corner, in a radius of 250 meters, you will find several quality restaurants. If you want to stir the pots yourself, there is a practical kitchen in the apartment that is ready for you. On a bow shoot you can also bathe in the sea (if you don't want to go in the pool).
