Very good choice
Spacious and clean rooms, with a super comfortable bed and very good decoration.
The breakfast menu is highly recommended, for only 8€ you get a full and very good breakfast.
The only problem is the location, but within what fits is a 15 minute walk from the metro stop.

(spent 2 nights) misses the fridge and the pool but for 60 € we do not complain
60€ per night with breakfast on May 20.. .parking right in front and bus at 300m.
the people at the reception are very helpful and speaks French
breakfast very decent, with a snack that opens at 8:00 p.m., good beer from the excellent sangria and we can dine.

Disappointing experience at Hotel Saylu – Lack of organization and damage to our group
My experience at Hotel Saylu in Granada was marked by disastrous management and disrespect from the guests. We were staying in March 2025 with an organized group, from Portugal, and the hotel demonstrated a total lack of professionalism in the management of meals, which resulted in the loss of our tickets to the Alhambra and a significant loss.
What happened?
✅ The night before the problem, the hotel required different hours for dinner between our group and another group of young people. We respected that request and ate dinner later to avoid conflict.
However, the next day, our breakfast was scheduled for 7:30, but when we arrived at the restaurant, the group of young people was already there, occupying the space and causing huge queues. The hotel reception allowed this situation, even knowing that we had scheduled entries for the Alhambra at 8:30.
⚡ The hotel did not take any measures to ensure that the schedule was met, and the resulting chaos caused most of our group to lose the entrance to the Alhambra, except for four people who barely ate breakfast and had to go by taxi to try to arrive on time.
Lack of professionalism and respect
⚡️ No hotel official was present to resolve the situation. The morning receptionist completely ignored the problem, leaving us without any support.
⚡️ The "responsible" of the youth group approached me rude, without having any authority to deal with the matter. The hotel washed hands and let the problem get worse, favouring the other group at the expense of ours.
⚡️ To make it worse, the hotel allowed the youth to organize an improvised nightclub in the basement, without considering the rest of the guests.
No liability or compensation
⚡ The hotel refused to refund the Alhambra tickets that we were unable to use.
They only apologized generally, without taking responsibility for the disorganization.
⚡ They did not offer any compensation, ignoring the damage caused to our group.
Conclusion: If you’re looking for a hotel that doesn’t meet the agreed schedule, doesn’t respect guests and ignores the problems it creates, this is the perfect place. Otherwise, I do not recommend Hotel Saylu in any way.
I will share this experience on all assessment and complaint platforms so other travellers are aware of this property’s mismanagement and lack of commitment.

Very good!
The truth is that I really liked it, both the service, room... everything very comfortable and everything very well.
We had arrived late and the kitchen was already closed, but they still made us something to eat because there was nothing there anymore. Very good service!
The only bad thing is the location, it is far from the center.
