Special. Palace hotel, amazing staff, spectacular restaurant, central location. In short whenever we come we stay in it.

Not recommended
The hotel lacks essential details for good guest service. Miserable bed linen that makes guests freeze on cold nights, as now in March (thin linen, over it thinnest polyesters cover, in the closet old polyester slippers...). In the bathroom cheapest plastic cup for the toothbrush; bedside lamps where you can't read, etc . Never again.

Unreliable
We booked this hotel in December for 3 nights.
Unfortunately, the booking was cancelled after a few days on the grounds that they were accidentally oversubscribed.
After we made a booking with another hotel we found out that the rooms were still available, but at a much more expensive price.
Very unfortunate that it has been an ordinary money issue. Totally unreliable and leaves a nasty aftertaste. At least they won't see me here.

Good location and good service. The building is very nice.
Very friendly staff. The mattress a little hard. A non-functioning plug was warned to repair and not repaired although they said they would. The bathroom with bathtub somewhat small but functional.
The walls are very thin and you hear everything from the next room. Breakfast very good. The parking a little removed from the hotel.

A little disappointed
It needs an urgent renovation of the bathroom, the bathtub very high and slips the biggest... The Spa was under renovation and we were not notified
