2. Already in León, they called me at 14.59 (that marks the call log) to ask me what time I will check, to which I answer that about 19.00, since I am visiting León, so I would like to know what is that I have previously requested.
3. At 5:54 p.m., when I was parking, they call me to tell me that the reception girl, she's not gonna be there, that she had to go to a doctor's office. I say the doctor's office, you'd know before, and it would take about half an hour, so we took a walk.
4. At 18.09, I get a call back that the girl is already waiting for us at reception, so we turn to the Inn. As you understand, we've been out for a walk and we're not around and we'll be late.
5. When we're downstairs, I get stopped by a girl down the street, who's the receptionist, so the check-up gets you on the street.
6. Shows us the room. It is a room in a shared flat, of course, each room has its key and the door is covered by curtains, which allow the light to enter the hallway. It says it has Wi-Fi, but nobody gave me the network, not the key.
7. The room was clean, but they forgot to show the bathtub located on a step of about 30 cm, so their access is quite dangerous.
8. The receptionist asked me what I thought of the room, and I replied that I only wanted a bed and a shower, this before seeing the bathtub. I didn't need any more, so that air of superiority, I don't know where you justify it, because the conversation was very brief.
9. The next day, I received an email from Booking, asking me why I did not check, to which I replied that if it has been done and paid.
10. Afterwards I have given my review, of this Inn, a central place, cheap, but that has no investment, and my biggest complaint is the bathtub, since I consider it dangerous and in the photos you do not publish them.
11. And the major disrespect is that they call me to tell me that they consider me personas non grata and that they do not want me to come back, and when they ask for explanations, they hang me, so that thing about the boy is a charm... it seems to me a lack of education. Maybe it was thought that the next time I went to Leon, I intended to stay there. I was going to leave it at that, but I don’t think it’s right for them to justify themselves with “conflicted clients” and lies, let alone call people to say that since you’ve made a negative review, you’re already persona non grata and hang up.
12. In short, I did not expect a resort, the only thing I can give you the reason is that it was clean, but if something else investment (floor and mattress squeaky, room of a shared floor, the bathroom door is a door of a closet, especially the bathtub over a step that makes a difficult access and danger of falling), and not deceive people (missing the photo of the bathtub and I do not know why they tell me that the check was not done) and above all, some more education (stopping a person in the street and doing the check) and not justification with lies (that that I had a medical appointment and say that it was my fault). I recommend: NO. And as a note, it is very funny that after writing a negative review, suddenly so many positives appear.

I have had to stay in this Hostel for personal reasons in August and September. I have been very well cared for.
Bedding and sheets with a pleasant smell and cleaner than in other places with more stars. And the service is very good. The owner of the Hostel is kind and attentive.
I have read many negative reviews and I have decided to write my opinion because I do not share many comments that have been made regarding this Hostel.
