Property highlights

Summarised by AI

Location

Central location close to transport and shops

For many travellers, the hotel’s central and convenient location stands out—steps from metro and Atocha, close to museums, restaurants and supermarkets—while some note brief walks to certain transport links.

Service

Helpful but variable app-based service and staffing

Staff are generally attentive and responsive, with quick help when present, while several guests experienced slow or limited app support, no on-site reception and occasional delays resolving issues.

Rooms

Spacious well-equipped rooms with occasional heating or noise issues

Rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped with kitchenettes, laundry and comfortable beds, while several guests report intermittent hot-water/heating problems and occasional street or elevator noise.

Amenities

Useful practical amenities and communal essentials

Amenities are practical and plentiful—washing machines, well stocked kitchen supplies, a lobby with filtered water and nearby supermarkets—though facilities are simple rather than luxurious.

Cleanliness

Consistently very clean with few occasional lapses

Cleanliness is frequently praised—modern, spotlessly kept apartments and attentive cleaning staff—though isolated reports note a dirty towel and slow towel change service.

The staff were very helpful and knew how to handle people who spoke other languages than them. The breakfast was great, but might be late even though it’s not their fault. The receptionist was very helpful and chill and the aircon isn’t as strong as you would expect but if you give like 5 to 10 minutes the aircon will be very good.

Generally satisfactory, the room space and facilities relatively new, well-planned and efficiently organized. The only major downside was the confusion about the “access code,” sent the day before check-in. The code (two links) kept popping up error messages, and because we were arriving close to midnight we ended up panicking, sending queries everywhere without instant replies, and finally calling the host to find out. Can‘t understand why they didn’t explain the links were to open the doors “remotely” on site and did not provide actual codes! So, future guests, don’t worry, the links will work when you click open them in front of the buidling door, but not before then. BTW, air-conditioning needs repairing, the lowest (18 degrees celsius) felt like ordinary 28. Would stay again, since I now know how the access code works.

Great bachelor apartment for one or two people in an easy area to Central madrid. Would highly recommend.

I spent a day there for €142, which is too expensive. The place is very pleasant and very clean; however, the staff are a bit too distant and cold. Nevertheless, it's still a place I would recommend because...

Nice space and good location. But, if you are used to the comfort and convenience of a regular hotel, with a normal check-in process, 24-hour reception, a hot breakfast, daily housekeeping, etc., look elsewhere.
