We booked through Expedia itinerary 73260780162608 (Hubbard); however we also paid upon arrival... $195.97, then a second charge came through for $229.07 onto my credit card directly from the hostel. We require a refund of $229.07 forthwith please.

Great place to stay. Room are small but very clean and very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and kind.

Absolutely bad!

Absolutely bad! They simply don’t want to help! Room change? No? Refund for unused nights? No! For your own sanity stay away! The rooms are small and if you are claustrophobic not the right place! Plus the front desk service is awful!
