The room was clean on arrival and maintained through my stay. David was very responsive and helpful. The location is great for Playa del Ingles, and there is a supermarket on the corner.

Great apartments

Great location .. 2 mins walk to supermarket... 5 mins to beach and restaraunts.. close to kasbah and jumbo centre .. basic apartment with nice balcony an garden view nice friendly staff

Great Staff and Location, but the Hotel Feels Very Tired

The hotel is in a lovely location, with easy access to both the beach and the town, which made getting around really convenient. Unfortunately, the building and rooms themselves feel very dated and tired, and are definitely in need of some decoration and modernisation. Everything is quite basic, and the rooms don’t feel particularly comfortable or welcoming.
As a simple base or somewhere to sleep, it does the job, but it really lacks any style or atmosphere. It’s a shame, because the staff are genuinely great – friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the place.
With some investment in décor and comfort, this hotel could be so much better
