Great solution in the center of Palma
I recommend this b & b in a great location from the center, room and bathroom clean and spacious we took a triple. Express check-in

Good value for money within walking distance of the center, room with all comforts
Great stay, despite the self-check-in the staff is always easily available, very responsive and attentive to the needs of customers. The room is equipped with all amenities (even a fridge and a kettle with a selection of hot drinks), the bed is comfortable and everything was well cleaned. A free luggage storage service is also offered. The location is strategic, within walking distance of both the city center and the Intermodal station, where you can take the metro and the airport shuttle.

Good hotel in a great location.
We arrived at the hotel around an hour early (official check-in is 3 pm). I’d already been in contact though WhatsApp asking for our ETA. Fortunately the room was ready on our early arrival and used the self check in machine, within minutes we had the keys.
The room was on the first floor and was spacious with a large bathroom and good powerful shower.
It was in a great location, with bars and restaurants close by, and it was ideal for us for a one night stay before going back to the airport.
We booked an Uber from the hotel to the airport which cost €20.

Disappointing
Only positive notes: location, intuitive check-in, staff respond quickly. We stayed for 3 nights in microscopic Room 105 with an unwanted guest: a cockroach. Found behind the curtain on the first evening, perhaps entered through the window (literally opened a minute to remove the foul musty smell that we just heard) without mosquito net that overlooks a courtyard evidently never pestered, hid behind unreachable furniture spaces. Moving the bed we see dust and midges, I immediately alert the receptionist who tells me “we can’t move you because we don’t have any more free rooms” promising to do a pest control in the room the next day. The following day, after this infamous extermination (which did not happen) on our return, she, our cockroach friend, was always waiting for us. I call the reception and they keep saying “we can’t do anything because everything is full” so I ask for a refund and move my luggage to a box to be ready for early departure. So on the last useful day, perhaps prompted by my request (early in the morning) they putty the wall behind the bed to close the cracks and clean the room completely. Who knows what happened to the cockroach .. anyway, really disproportionate price for what they offer, really poor cleaning, terrible room.

Good value for city centre accommodation.
Definitely geared up for people who are out and about, and just looking for somewhere to have a comfortable night's sleep.
Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean.
Situated close to the transport terminus, it is an ideal base from which to explore to island. The airport bus stop is a few minutes away, which is also extremely useful.
Casa Gallega is a couple of minutes walk away - try their amazing "Menu Especial".
