This review will be based exclusively on Angela, for the immense favor she did for us; in short, due to a serious family problem we had to cancel the reservation we made without the right to cancellation, but Angela offered us a full refund or the ability to change the dates once said problem was resolved; we chose this second option, we enjoyed Peñíscola and I can only thank Angela.

Excellent location

We stayed two nights and found the Aranda a superb place. Unbelievably clean and everything needed for a short stay - including a fridge. As it’s located in the old walled town it’s not surprising that you can’t take your car to the door but parking is available within a 10 minute walk and we were given a key to secure parking at the other side of town (15 to 20 mins walk) - slightly inconvenient but the hostel and the location more than compensates. I’d really recommend this place.

Wonderful 3 day stay

We really loved this place. It was very comfy, clean, the lady at the reception was very friendly. She recommended us all the best places for breakfast, dinner and pubs. We had no problems at all. We would definitely go back if we visit Peñiscola again.

Peniscola a Must See Place

We spent a long week end with another couple of friends (to celebrate a birthday) in Peniscola which I had heard about from a number of people and only passed by on the motorway. Well what a fantastic surprise: its old town and castle towering over the two bays (Playa Nort and Playa Sur); its lovely little streets full with bars, restaurants and shops. A place well worth a visit and to which my wife and I will definitely return. We booked 2 double rooms at the Hostal Aranda which is located right in the heart of the "Old Town".

Hostal muy recomendable

¡Como siempre el Hostal Aranda no decepciona! Servicio, localización y trato maravillosos. Ángela y las chicas que atienden en las habitaciones super atentas. Aire acondicionado y nevera en la habitación. Puedes llamar en cualqiier momento si necesitas cualquier cosa.
