Terrible

My friends and I found an apartment in terrible conditions. One night returning home we found out that the apartment was infested with cockroaches and after having called the reception they didn't do anything. They didn't provided us another room and only told us that the morning after they could've called someone with the insecticide. Really the worst experience in my life
