Great Stay in the heart of Sitges
Fantastic location in the heart of old town, with Beach a 10 min walk away. Pool area is very shaded with snack and a bar. Breakfast excellent. We had. I trouble with noise (room 6) as we were at the end of the corridor facing out to the pool.
Room is definitely 3 star standard, very basic but comfortable. Good air con in the August heat.

Good hotel in Sitges
One-week stay at the beginning of August
Very small single room, with no exterior view and basic; it was clearly stated in the description, but even as a solo traveler I would have appreciated a little more space.
Positive points:
The location right in the center of Sitges, a few minutes' walk from the train station and the beaches, in the heart of the shops and restaurants.
The garden and the pool, rare in the city center; note that the lounge chairs are taken by storm starting at 10:00 AM (since I was going to the beach, it didn't bother me, but otherwise it would have been problematic).
Air conditioning worked well.
Varied, high-quality breakfast buffet served until 11:00 AM.
Friendly staff.
Good value for money, since I booked very early with a non-refundable rate.
Neutral points:
Old hotel that has already been renovated; there are big differences between the rooms, and at the same price, they are not all equal (I was able to see the rooms of friends staying at the hotel)
The rooms have all the standard equipment, but the layout and decor are minimal.
Negative points:
Insufficient soundproofing and doors that are too thin; you can hear doors slamming and noise coming from other rooms and bathrooms.
While the common areas are impeccable, the room cleaning is sloppy, especially the floor (sand on the day of my arrival! and persisting all week)
Despite the neutral and negative points, I recommend this hotel because it is a good option for a stay in Sitges

Good stay but sunbed scramble puts you off!
This is a good hotel. Great location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was huge, very clean. Air con and fridge in room worked well and kept everything very cool. The pool is an ok size but there are not enough sunbeds. The small library building is used by no one and takes up so much room. The key cards keep losing their charge so you have to keep getting them redone at reception to access the room.

Do not stay - Ant infestation. Rude Staff. Overpriced!
Genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
Arrived and the bed in Room 10 was infested with ants. I spoke to reception who offered to change the sheets. I explained that wouldn't be good enough as they are coming from the bed frame, and I would need to change rooms. They explained they were full, and were incredibly rude. I asked for a full refund and said the room should be taken off sale due to a lack of cleanliness. After they call the hotel manager to check the refund, I receive a note (attached below) explaining they could not change my room, nor give me a refund for the night. I would have to make other arrangements (at my own expense) and come back tomorrow for a room swap.
I have never been spoken to so rudely in over 20 years of staying in hotels.
The general atmosphere of the hotel is depressing. Slow service, I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich at the pool, when the waitress said it would take 10. Staff that don't care. Rooms that need huge amounts of TLC.
It's also very expensive for what you get.

We perform regular pest control treatments at our hotel; however, due to recent high temperatures and the location of some of our rooms near the garden, we have experienced isolated cases that we are working diligently to address. A pleasant stay in a well run central hotel.
We stayed in the Torreón Superior Room (1st floor, 101) in the tower. The good points: the sheer amount of space, the huge bed, the coffee machine, the free minibar, the bidet. The bad points: the coffee machine (Nespresso. Ugh! Why?), the slippy bath with the shower over it (a bath mat would have been nice), but the biggest disappointment would have to be the balcony. It’s overgrown to such an extent that it’s impossible to sit out there. A small bistro table and two chairs are provided, but you couldn’t pull the chairs out to sit down because of the overgrowth. It would have been lovely to sit out there of a morning with a coffee overlooking the pool area, but the pool area was totally obscured by, yeah, you guessed it, the overgrowth. Shame. Other than that, the room was fantastic.
The hotel itself is very nice. The position on the main pedestrian through-street is perfectly located for access by foot for restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, supermarket and the beaches. The pool area though is VERY small for the amount of guests the hotel could potentially have. At 10am when it opens, it’s a bun fight to get a sun bed. There is a 'library room' next to the pool area that I saw used once by one person. It could be easily demolished to make room for more sun beds. The tower, too, is in need of some restoration work. Crumbling stonework held back by netting.
Breakfast was very good. Wide choice of hot and cold dishes that varied daily. The staff were all excellent, from reception, to the kitchen and restaurant and the cleaning and pool guys. A real credit to the hotel.
All in all we enjoyed our stay here.
