Super good! Comfortable, I would repeat without a doubt! 100% recommendable
Very well located a few meters from main streets. I would repeat without a doubt. Easy check in and check out! Nice building with all the facilities, also available a mini bar with self service and you pay at check out. The place is very quiet and the staff provides good information about the stay and the island. Thanks Paula!)

Deplorable simply!
First of all we would like to point out that we routinely stay in hostels and shelters, this one is simply the worst of all those we have slept in to date! 1) No check-in times on their website, arriving late, the reception is closed (logical it is not a hotel), but the emergency number does not answer! No email received with the entry code! We had the chance to meet one of the occupants of the place who kindly opened us! 2) Then none of the 3 dinners planned on the stay were prepared, no explanation from the staff! You are turned away from the hand (how nice!) because here we do not try to understand, we leave you unanswered. 3) At check-in, we take your passport, scan it... and that is all, absolutely NO explanation or information about the place (unheard of!), when asked, the staff is unpleasant. Breakfast is ok without more, as one of the reviews points out, nothing is homemade (contrary to what is said on the site). The room we took is ok (we still saw a well pricked blind). In short, we are far from complicated, what is required in a welcoming place is simply to welcome the hosts! Let the meal be simple, let the room be just ok, no problem if the welcome and benevolence are there, but at Hostel Soller you will not find them! To escape.

couldn't sleep, bad breakfast
Reviews rave about the decoration. It's certainly a nice renovation (bathroom and showers are well designed) but you can't sleep! And this for more than €46 per person!
In addition to the traditional snorer who annoys the entire dormitory (there it was a snorer in the 6-bed female dormitory), the bedroom door creaks because it has not even been greased, the poorly designed bunk beds creak and shake at the slightest movement, the bed drawers creak and slam, and the noise from the street traffic is infernal all night long as the windows are not insulated, and in any case we leave them ajar otherwise we can no longer breathe in the dormitory.
Maybe single rooms are better.
The “home made breakfast” at €8 is a scam: the products come from Auchan (= AlCampo) (yogurt, honey, cereals), the Golden apple, the only cold meats and the only cheese have no taste ( Auchan/Al Campo again?), a little orange juice and the bread is rationed (there were 8 small slices in the basket for 5 people who ordered their breakfast the day before). The only thing homemade is the tomato puree but it had no taste (Auchan?).
In short, it's a youth hostel that takes advantage of Soller's high prices by selling dreams in photos.

Wonderfull Staff
The staff in this lovely ambient hostel were fantastic. Alvaro went out of his way to help me store my bicycle safely. Anna organised the breakfast and was chatty and bubbly. The receptionist was always on hand to solve any issues. You cannot go wrong with this hostel!

Worth the stay
Really nice hostel, great staff, confortable beds, located in city Sóller, not far from port Sóller and other locations worth to visit specially nice beaches around there. I gave 4 out of 5 points only because kitchen was closed at 23:00, so, if you wanna take something from the fridge or eat something, you should keep it in mind.
