Good and enjoyable

The hotel was indeed very clean and beautiful.
The staff members were also exceptionally friendly.
Furthermore, the breakfast was quite enjoyable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Acceptable hotel, quite far from the center of Kandy.

We stayed only one night at this hotel. Nothing negative to report.
The hotel is quite far from the center of Kandy, but we didn't mind it, as the previous day had been tiring, and so after dinner (eaten at a nearby restaurant), all we wanted to do was retire to our room.
It's worth noting that the hotel now has a brand new wing, which we were assigned to. To reach it, you have to exit the lobby and walk towards an adjacent building.

Hotel Visit

The front office staff are so rude, been to so many hotels , never encountered such rude and arrogant staff, the management please tell them the first impression of the hotel is from them and it gets totally ruined by staff like this.

Rude staff

Worst hotel experience ever. We travel a lot and this is the worst hotel we came across up to date. The staff are very unfriendly, specially the security guy. We understand that this is the old wing and thereby its budget friendly but theres absolutely no need to be rude. We wanted a last minute room and this was the only one available with the December rush. Everything is terrible, starting with customer service to cleanliness and food. Wouldnt recommend at all!

Best place in the kandy.

Stay was awesome with present staffs there were so kind. Food is too good. A best experience highly recommended for travel.
