In the middle of the nature of Mae Kampong

The Bee Forest Resort found by my girlfriend via TikTok. We both had the desire to travel to Chiang Mai for one night to Mae Kampong National Park and decided to stay overnight in Bee Forest. It is about 65 minutes by car from Chiang Mai. One must be aware that the accommodation is really completely away from civilization in the middle of nature. But there is a pretty natural spectacle like in a jungle. All this in temperatures that are just 8-10 degrees cooler than in Chiang Mai. At the resort there is also a small stream that you can sit nicely by.
Food is available for breakfast in the morning, which is taken directly to the room. There are no activities there, it is purely meant for relaxing in nature. The room is decorated with brick walls, air conditioning is available.
Mae Kampong Village is about 20 minutes away by car. It's not easy to get a taxi there. We have arranged transportation together with the reception and arranged a fixed pick-up time at Mae Kampong Village with the driver to ensure a safe return to the accommodation.
Overall, it was a good experience to escape from the hustle and bustle of a big city.
