Very friendly staff!

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel home away from home: Mai, Chef Lee Kuan Foo, Risma, Mas, Knight, Plai, Rath, Tide, Chef Yee, Tee, Jasmine, Petch, Angga, Kie, Opal, Joy, Usman, Freud, Nu, Nam Wan, Cream, Vong, Make, Haroon, Chef Sak, Fah, Not and Bank.

Wonderful Holiday

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time here. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
A special thank you to Petch, Bank, and Tide Risma for their excellent service, kindness, and hospitality. They were always helpful and made me feel very comfortable during my stay.

Outstanding service

I would like to give a high recognition to the front desk staff MAKE, who is helping us to deal with payment and Bonvoy points issue with such professional service and lots of patience during our stay.
With all the warm and kind service, my family and I had a very nice experience in Phuket. Thank you all especially MAKE.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is well maintained, good facilities, clean, quiet and great service.
We made use of the gym and pool. The kids club is on the same floor as the gym and pool.
The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Free car parking is at the back of the property and easy access to the carpark and hotel.

This location is definitely an advantage, Courtyard strengthens and adds a great perception by excellent standards and high level hospitality! Top notch welcoming and service at the very beginning, special attention to guests with kids, special thanks to Jerry and Fakram on the reception line!
