Best for sure

Stayed three nights with no complaints and totally the best hotel locally and best location. The rooms are 100% perfect. Staff too were friendly and spoke good English. I will stay here again for sure. Highly recommend this hotel

Very unpleasant experience

Me and my wife expected great time in room 302, which had jacuzzi right behind of the bed. The design is very nice. The room is spacious. I switched on the air massage in jacuzzi and unbelievable dirty particles flied out and covered all over the bath. It stink crazy. They simply don’t know that after each client jacuzzi must be cleaned, including the water and air nozzles. We called the reception. The lady arrived and started to wash the dirt down. We asked to replace the room or to return the money. After long discussions she agreed to give us another room (with no view or jacuzzi), which at least was clean. Of course, we were very much upset.
The only pleasant spot was really tasty breakfast.

Very good choice

I stayed there only two nights in a standard room. Very modern hotel and I liked especially the bathroom. Big bath tube and spacious. Only thing to improve is I prefer doublebed and missed el points close to bed for charging phones. Staff helpful and good in English and great location in this city. Very nice price for this stay compared to Kiev.

We stayed there overnight with my wife in a suite with jacuzzi
Great room with a nice separate bathroom and jacuzzi next to the main room
Bed quality was great
Service was very helpful to find our transport for the next day
Breakfast was also very nice
It s really a place to visit
My first choice in all our trip over ukraine

Бронируя Отель ожидал чего-то очень-очень. Уж больно красивая рецепция. Но номер который нам достался (самый дешевый у них за 1150 грн) разочаровал. Меньше 20 квадратов, сразу у чёрного входа. Но главное это вид из окна. Вернее его отсутствие поскольку выходит на задний двор и закрыт глухими жалюзями.
Вода в душе слегка тёплая. Но никак не горячая.
Из плюсов это очень удобное кресло и куча всяких понтов.
Странная система завтраков. У тебя есть 150 грн на номер и ни в чем себе не отказывай. С их цене ком это 2 овсянки и 2 кофе. За все остальное доплачивай. И начинается он в 8 утра!
Парковка всего на 7 машин. Что маловато явно.
Но расположение конечно это плюс. И есть небольшая тренажёрная.
В следующий раз подумаю хочу ли я отдать за этот Отель 1150 грн.
