Perfect Countryside Retreat at the Coach House - Short Drive from Some Stunning Locations

Our stay at the Coach House exceeded expectations and the property has been done out to a very high standard by the new owners Hannah and Mike who were very friendly and great at suggesting places to visit. The property has everything you could need (and I find that to rarely be the case) and was very comfortable in all areas. In particular the large bedroom with generous sized bed was very cosy with a large adjoining bathroom - bath got a particular thumbs up!
There are some spectacular coastal sights within no more than 10 - 15 minutes drive, in several directions (amazing walking and trail running options!) and overall this is a great base for exploring Pembrokeshire and providing a complete break from everything else.
Highly recommended!

The owner makes the hotel vibe uncomfortable.

The hotel has been renovated to a very high standard so all should of been ok.
However, the welcome is not very warm, the female on the reception whom I now believe to be the owner has a serious case of the mood hoovers. She is rude & has a terrible attitude, plus we witnessed her miserable demeanor on several occasions. We felt unwelcome & the poor attitude was extremely unprofessional.
I stay in different hotels all over the country for much of the year & have never experienced such an unwelcome vibe.
It's a shame such an attractive coaching inn is being ruined by the obviously unhappy owner acting like a sitcom's 1970's B&B landlady. I would recommend a change of attitude or some corporate customer service training if she wants to get return bookings.

New owners - property superbly renovated . Lovely stay in a beautiful part of the world ....would definitely recommend!

The coach house has been recently renovated to a high standard by new owners Hannah and Mike. We were made to feel really welcome on our visit with nothing too much trouble !
The accommodation consists of a lovely high ceiling sitting room with comfy sofa. A neat and fully equipped kitchen area and a table and chairs for meals.
The bedroom is real luxury with the most comfortable Queen size bed and lovely bedding. The adjoining bathroom has a bath and sink with fabulous views over the fields.
Mike and Hannah gave us great advice on where to visit and lovely walks in the area.
Perfect location for trips to the lovely coastline and local beauty sites.
We will definitely book again!

4 days of total peace and quiet!!

Wow!! Just had a ‘perfect’ 3 night/ 4 day break in The Coach House at Hayston Farm. The new owners Hannah and Mike were brilliant and very helpful advising which beaches were best to visit and where to go on the bikes I brought with me. The Coach House is a real treat and totally self-contained so a proper ‘get away from it all’ break. The bed has to be one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and the bath was a perfect place to rest weary bones after long walks and challenging bike rides! Loved it and will definitely be back soon! Thanks guys.
