The check-in process was very fast and the rooms were very clean. I’ve stayed here before and it’s definitely worth every penny. The breakfast (if purchased) is very good and worth the money.

It is a mixed experience. The hotel overall is well-maintained, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and generally comfortable.
However, the bed was a major issue. The mattress was clearly worn out and lacked proper support. I got completely sank into it, which made it very difficult to sleep and left my back sore. The bed frame also seemed damaged, as it made loud cracking noises every time I moved. This not only woke me up repeatedly but also disturbed my kids sleeping in the same room.
If I hadn’t gone to bed so late and my kids were already asleep, I would have requested a room change.
Unfortunately, the noise got so bad that I ended up sitting in the sofa chair for much of the night just to help avoid waking my family. Given the poor sleep quality and the condition of the bed, I believe a partial refund would be reasonable.
If you decide to stay at this hotel, I recommend checking the bed as soon as you get to your room rather than waiting until late at night.

The room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom from someone else.
And the kicker, the room smelled like pee, and when in the morning we went to make coffee, there was pee in the ice bucket.

They charge for breakfast and parking, no reason to: they own the lot. Not very convenient. I will not use that hotel again. There are others more conveniently located.

At the time of booking online, it clearly said that breakfast was included, but at check-in time I learnt that it was not. Do not appreciate this false advertising. Other than that, the accommodations were good, and the room was clean.
