Ingredients include meats, vegetables and spices, seasoned with sweet soy sauce. Do try the Ipoh ‘white’ coffee, a popular coffee drink. The Ice Kacang, is a delectable Malaysian shaved ice dessert. Hokkien Mee is a fried yellow noodles dish which is extremely popular – it has pork, squid, fish and cabbage as ingredients with a topping of crispy fried pork lard cubes.
