Excelente departamento

Excelentes departamentos para descansar después de un largo día en los tours, cerca de la gran plaza y taqueria en la esquina está un Oxxo todo muy a la mano en una zona muy tranquila de Cancún muy recomendable

Defrauded clients in dangerous neighborhood

I was sad that, I was mislead by liverte. It's built strictly as Residential in a dangerous neighborhood but now they want to cash in as Airbnb. It's full of parties not allowed. Plus, to a huge construction workers until 8pm Six days a week great noises you can't sleep. Owners won't tell you this and prey on tourist, then tourist arrive to a bad place. (Spread this far and wide to all who fly here for a good time and get this!) Here are the pics of the balcony view you get from bedrooms, living room. It's best to pay $20 more and stay in better Safe area. I don't think, people should be defrauded.

Bom, mas podia ser bem melhor

O condomínio fica no centro de Cancún, numa área bem feinha e perigosa a noite. Só vale a pena se hospedar no Liverté se estiver de carro alugado. É bem longe de todos os pontos turísticos. O condomínio tem o básico e a piscina é a parte mais bonitinha dele. O apartamento que ficamos era legal, mas tinha um grave problema. Qualquer torneira que abrisse, alem do chuveiro, ligava o aquecedor e este não possuía chaminé. Ele ficava na área da lavanderia do apartamento e o cheiro de gás, monóxido de carbono era insuportável e passava para todo apartamento. Para evitar qualquer risco de vida, deixamos 24h as janelas abertas. Em relação aos utensílios de cozinha, quase não tinha panelas e talheres. Nós éramos cinco, tivemos que comer algumas vezes com garfos de criança. Também não tinha pano de prato. O Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem. Logo nos primeiros dias, tivemos problemas com o chuveiro, reclamamos e eles fizeram o reparo. No condomínio estão construindo um novo prédio e lá possui tb casas. Em relação à segurança dentro do condomínio, acho que é eficaz. Não passa nenhum carro sem a verificação do segurança da portaria.
