Rhodes International Airport is one of the largest airports in Greece. The airport is also known as Diagoras Airport, named after a Greek poet and sophist. It is the fourth busiest airport in the country, served by over 50 carriers. Most of these carriers operate seasonally, with the exception of two airlines, Aegean Airlines and Olympic Air, both offering year-round flights to locations throughout Greece and other European cities.

The airport is located 13 kilometers southwest of the city centre, and getting there is easy by various modes of transport including bus, taxis and car rentals. Utilise the developed public transport system, and board the local bus downtown. These buses link the airport to Rhodes city, as well as other destinations in the area. Apart from bus services, hail a taxi from the airport. If you require a bigger vehicle, opt for mini-buses or private chauffeurs driving limousines. These services ensure passengers travel in comfort, and get to their destinations safely and quickly.
