Las Vegas, which is simply known as Vegas in Nevada, is tagged as ‘Entertainment Capital off the world’. Months of June through September are the summer months and are very hot and dry with an average temperature of 33.6 °C. The city has a very short and mild winter and December is the coolest month. Humidly remain below 10% for most part of the year as rainfall is not very common. The months from March to May and from September to November are the best time to visit he city, however this time the prices of hotels also skyrocket. Desert Hops Nevada & International Beer Festival in August, Rocky Mountain Gun Show in September and Annual Art in the Park in October are some of the major festivals held in Las Vegas.

The 2.5 mile long central section of Las Vegas, which is also known as ‘The Strip’ is the where all the excitement happens. Passengers are taken through the shopping arcade inside the hotel on a ride by their personable gondolier.
