Cebu Pacific Air, operating as Cebu Pacific, is a low-cost Filipino carrier operating both domestic and international flights, with its main base at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Philippines. The airline’s secondary hub is at Iloilo International Airport, Francisco Bangoy International Airport, Kalibo International Airport, Clark International Airport and Mactan-Cebu International Airport. The airline began operations in the year 1996 and currently has the most extensive route network in the Philippines. In mid-2016, Cebu Pacific became a founding member of the Value Alliance, which is the largest low-cost carrier alliance in the world.


Cebu Pacific has the following aircrafts as part of its fleet – 4 Airbus A319-100s, 36 Airbus A320-200s, and 8 Airbus A330-300s – a total of 48 aircrafts.

How to Check-in

Travellers can check-in online, via mobile app and at the airport counters. Check-in counters open 3 hours before (domestic flights 2 hours) and close 45 minutes before (Middle East flights 1 hour, domestic flights 45 minutes). Web/mobile check-in opens 7 days before and closes 4 hours before (not available for US flights, 1 hour for domestic flights). See here.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Passengers are allowed one check-in bag each, which weigh no more than 30kg each, and which can be purchased up to 4 hours prior to departure. Passengers are also allowed one carry-on weighing maximum 7kg and measuring maximum 56x35x20 cm (ATR flights) and 56x36x23 cm (Airbus flights). See here for details.
