Continental Airlines was a major US airline before it merged with UAL Corporation, the parent company of United Airlines, and now belongs to United Continental Holdings.

How to Check In

Check-in is available starting 24 hours before your schedule departure. Required timing for check-in, baggage check and boarding may vary based on departure airport and destination. You can check in and receive a mobile boarding pass by downloading United apps, which are available for Apple, Android, Windows Phone 8 and Blackberry devices. The boarding pass can also be sent to your mobile device via email. Store your mobile boarding pass for easy access at security and during boarding. Simply scan the barcode on the screen at airport security checkpoints and at the gate during boarding. No printout is necessary. You can also check in over the phone if you are travelling within the US or Canada in a group of less than 10 people.

Baggage Allowance

To determine first and second checked baggage service charges, you can use the baggage calculator on the airline’s website. Maximum dimensions for a carry-on bag are 9 inches x 10 inches x 17 inches (22cm x 25cm x 43cm).
