Pegasus Airlines is a Turkish low cost carrier which has its headquarters in Istanbul. Based out of Adana, Izmir, Nicosia, Ankara, Antalya and Istanbul airports, Pegasus was a charter airline until ESAS Holdings purchased Pegasus Airlines in 2005 and changed it to a low-cost airline. The airline operates over 83 international destinations and 33 domestic destinations. In 2012, Pegasus Airlines bought Kyrgyz air company Air Manas and now runs its routes under the brand Pegasus.

Pegasus Airlines was recognised as the leading low-cost airline in Europe of 2013 and 2014. Pegasus also has code share agreements with Flynas and KLM.


The Pegasus Airlines fleet consists of 55 Boeing 737-800s, 12 Airbus A300-200, 9 Airbus A320-NEOs and orders for 48 Airbus A320-NEO and 18 Airbus A321-NEO to be delivered by 2022.

Executive class passengers should check-in, at least, 1 hour prior to departure. Baggage Allowances and Fees

Basic Economy passengers are allowed only 1pc carry-on luggage less than 8kg or 20x40x55cm. Advantage passengers are allowed 1 checked baggage weighing less than 20kg and 1pc carry-on luggage. Passengers who are looking for an all-inclusive experience can opt for the ‘Extras’ package which includes, checked baggage of 25kg, complementary meals, extra leg room and free change of itinerary and refunds upon cancellation. Pegasus Airlines is an exclusively economy class carrier with differential fares based on services selected. The fares are Basic, Essentials, Advantage and Extras. All Boeing 737-800s come with a seating capacity of 189, Airbus A300-200 comes with 180 seats, Airbus A320-NEO has 186 seats.

Booking Fees
