How to Check-in

All passengers are expected to check-in at the airport 2hrs 30mins prior to departure. Click to check-in online from 24hrs to 1hr prior to departure. Users will be asked for the Booking reference and passenger’s last name. All bags have to be dropped at the bag drop counter 45mins prior to departure.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Philippine Airlines rates 1pc of carry-on baggage as not exceeding 115cms and less than 7kg. Passengers are allowed to carry one more article that can be stowed under the seat other than carry-on luggage. Checked baggage has very intricate rules based on route and class. Business class get plush seating, with large 15” entertainment system and adjustable reading lights. Economy class passengers get ergonomic seats with 9” entertainment systems. All Boeing 777-300ER have 370 seats each, Airbus A321-200s has 199 seats, Airbus A330-300s has 368 seats each, Airbus 340-300s comes with 294 seats and Airbus A320-200s has 156 seats.

Booking Fees

Philippine Airlines does not charge a booking fee if passengers book from the website. Airport tax is levied on all passengers travelling in or out of Philippines regardless from where the ticket has been booked. Certain destinations do not accept pets in the free baggage allowance.
