JetBlue – You Above All

JetBlue Airways Corporation, which is better known as JetBlue, is a low cost airline in America with its headquarter in Long Island city. While the major operating base is John F Kennedey airport, the airline maintains a corporate office in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. The airline currently serves more than 84 destinations in 24 states and 12 countries across Caribbean, South America and Latin America. The frequent flyer programme run by the airline is called, TrueBlue.

The airline was founded by David Neelman under the name ‘NewAir’, in February 1999. The airline was earlier incorporated in Delaware in August 1998. After being awarded with 75 initial take off as well as landing slots at John F Kennedy, the official US authorization was granted in February 2000 and the first ever flight was scheduled on 11th February 2000 to Buffalo and Ft. In October 2013, JetBlue introduced Mint, a premium cabin service on transcontinental flights that ban operating in 2014.
