Chennai Airport

Located just 7km south of Chennai, Chennai International Airport is one of the primary airports in India. This airport is easily accessible from both the state bus terminal and the railway station. There are many airlines offering cheap and budget one-way and return tickets from Chennai International Airport.

There are two main terminals -- the international and domestic terminals at the airport. Head to Terminal 1 for domestic flights that connect Chennai to 20 major cities across India. Do stay updated with the discounts and lightning offers offered by airlines such as Air India and Spicejet to exotic and unique cities in the country! If you’re heading to an international destination, head to Terminal 2.

Passengers can travel between the terminals by free battery-operated vehicles or coach services. The construction of moving walkways between the terminals is still under construction. There are information desks and tourist information counters available in both the terminals for passengers.
